Helpline India stands as Odisha’s premier voluntary organization, spearheading snake rescue and rehabilitation efforts since 2023 . Our mission is to mitigate human-snake conflicts and animal rescue cases across Odisha by leveraging a network of trained volunteers statewide. With guidance from a diverse advisory team comprising zoologists, veterinarians, medical professionals, and forest officers, we conduct extensive research on snake behavior and snakebite management. Embracing a ‘Zero’ tolerance policy on social media, we upheld ethical standards by refraining from sharing photos or videos of snakes, ensuring responsible engagement with wildlife.
